Jycelyn's Birthday 2012@Brasserie Les Saveurs, St Regis

A beautiful sunday afternoon and a birthday treat for princess Jycelyn :p
The decor in the resturant makes me feel like i'm in France : )

 A hopefully delicious feast awaits...

First stop: Appetizers. Appreciate the small portions which allow us a variety of taste. Visually appealing too.
Foie Gras Royal with Smoked Eel. Interesting is the word here :p
I forgot the name!!! Some kind of egg, sweet like dessert :D
 Marinated tuna with Watermelon
Eggs!!! Princess ordered her favourite Egg Benedict
While i tried out their scrambled eggs : )
Exclusive St Regis butter : )
What's a buffet without fresh seafood?
 Fresh salmon and tuna too!
My personal highlight of the meal: big, fresh scallops!
 Wooooo....tender....
 It's really yummy!!!!!!!
Was told of their famous desserts so......
We grabbed the whole lot!!!! Hahaha chocolate lovers will love their chocolatey desserts!!!!
 : )
All in all, a brunch buffet for 2 at a total of $300+, the key thing here will be the ambiance as well as great service and an interesting array of delicacies. Taste is really subjective though i'm personally impressed by their fresh scallops and desserts. For an occasional pampering and a taste of french dining without worrying about a surprisingly hefty bill (given it's a buffet at standard price), i will reommend  Brasserie Les Saveurs at St Regis. Un excellent séjour!
